RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At sloansboutique.com, we would like you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order(s), you are allowed to return or exchange your purchase FOR FREE when it is eligible for free return, please simply have a look the cases below for submitting a free return claim:
- Please submit a return request in 30 days from the date of purchase received, over the time required your return request may be suspended.
- Please make sure to exchange items that are worn, altered, or washed and in its origin condition of packaging, any cases happened to items caused by us needed proof of picturing or video.
- We are happy to accept merchandise which still have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Any exchange of merchandise do not meet the requests above, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Each claim will be given and accepted one time for each order
